I had an incredible stay at Romance Al Colosseo 2. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short 200, meter walk from the Colosseum. Being so close, I could easily explore iconic attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps within a 30, minute walk. the apartment offered fantastic views overlooking the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum. the owners, Luigi and Christina, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond by providing a warm welcome with a bottle of champagne and a delicious tart. the comfortable beds and air conditioning were a much, appreciated feature after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Rome. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! .

A strict no pets and no smoking policy ensured a pleasant environment.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the property being completely remodeled and having all modern amenities. The view of the Colosseum, though at an angle, was still spectacular. The hotel's location right next to the metro station made transportation very convenient. The staff, especially Luigi and his wife, were incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped us with our bags and left treats for us in the kitchen. we cannot recommend this accommodation enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Luigi and Christina provided a warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The spacious apartment easily accommodated our family of five and the location was superb, with the metro stop right outside. The hosts even left a welcome pack with breakfast goodies. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, which are rare in Europe. We can't wait to go back!

The views, though not directly facing the Colosseum, still offer a spectacular glimpse of this iconic landmark.

The price of drinks at the nearby bars with Colosseum views is slightly higher compared to those a few streets away.
